Petrol BS PincePince-Marof 55, Lendava

Domestic technology and development were combined in the modern design of the lighting at the Petrol filling station in Pince.

Petrol is already dealing with the adaptation of filling stations to the provisions of the State Decree on the Limit Values of Light Pollution, coming into force at the end of 2008. The filling station in Pince is the first to meet all of its demands.

Measuring the brightness of advertising boards

The brightness of our advertising boards has been measured with the latest method that enables an insight into the brightness in several thousands dots for each board.

In this manner, we could optimise the advertising boards and prevent the occurrence of undesired bright and dark spots.

Our advertising boards are distinguished by a remarkable equability. The images on the right show advertising boards and measured brightness values with a calibrated digital camera and Photolux ® software package. The measurements were performed in cooperation with the Laboratory of Lighting Engineering and Photometry at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Ljubljana.
